- Attested copy of CNIC of the applicant
- Attested copy of witness CNIC
- Proof of ownership or tenancy (property paper or rental agreement)
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) if applicable

Process For New IESCO Connection
The step-by-step process for new meter connection of IESCO are as-follows;
- Visit the “ENC” site.
- Click on “Apply New Connection”.
- Fill the required fields on the form.
- Submit the form after filling it out.
- Print out a copy of the online application form.
- Attach all the required documents with the form.
- Submit it to the nearest IESCO office.
- When your documents are verified, you will be sent a Demand Notice.
- Pay the Demand Notice to the nearest bank.
- Make a copy of the paid Demand Notice.
- Send the copy to the IESCO office.
- When your Demand Payment Notice is verified, a new connection will be given.
